William Rowell Jr, 40, of Manchester was stopped for a lane violation and defective brakelight. After speaking with Mr. Rowell, he was asked to submit to field sobriety tests, which he did. He was subsequently arrested for DWI.

Connor Ireland, 24, of Hillsboro was stopped for multiple lane violations and speed. Mr. Ireland was asked to submit to field sobriety tests, which he did. He was subsequently arrested for DWI. He also had a marijuana pipe and an open container in the vehicle. He accepted a breath test at the PD and blew over the legal limit.

Dara Scalisi, 22, of Hillsboro was stopped for speed and yellow line violations. During the stop it was determined that she had been drinking and was asked to perform field sobriety tests. A marijuana pipe was located in the vehicle. She was subsequently arrested for DWI and Transporting Drugs in a Motor Vehicle.

Levi Laplant, 20, of Deering when arrested when officers responded to a report of subjects possibly dumping alcohol from a vehicle. Responding officers encountered Mr. Laplant and a passenger of the vehicle at Beard Brook Road. Deering Chief Pushee noted the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and a subsequent search of the vehicle turned up a freshly smoked roach. Also, a brass knuckle handled knife was located in the vehicle during the search. The defendent was arrested for possessing the brass knuckle weapon and transported to the station. He was processed and released on bail pending court.
