DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED - MICHAEL BROTHERS

Michael Brothers, 28, of Monroe, Massachusetts, was stopped for lane control and yellow line violations. Mr. Brothers showed signs of impairment while the officer was speaking with him, and agreed to field sobriety tests. He was subsequently arrested for DWI. At the PD he agreed to a breath test that was over the legal limit.

Sherrie Wilson, 25, of Hillsboro was stopped because she had a suspended license. She was subsequently arrested and during the search, prescription pills that were not hers were located.

Brandon Rosa, 29, of Nashua was arrested after officers responded to a disturbance at a bar. Mr. Rosa was found to be in control of a vehicle and was arrested for driving while intoxicated after failing field sobriety testing.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED, HABITUAL OFFENDER - RACHEL ODELL

Rachel Odell, 28, of Dublin was arrested after being found in the driver's seat of a vehicle at Irving. She had overdosed on a narcotic and had CPR performed on her. The ambulance administered narcan and transported her to the hospital. SHe was arrested at the hospital for DWI and habitual offender.

Mark Goodrich, 61, of Hillsboro was arrested after a verbal argument with his daughter turned physical. He pushed her down with her two month old in her arms. Neither the daughter nor the baby were injured. He was arrested for simple assault.

POSSESSION OF DRUGS IN A MOTOR VEHICLE - TRAVIS SARGENT

Travis Sargent, 24, of Concord was stopped for a bad muffler. During this interaction, an odor of marijuana was coming from the vehicle. Mr. Sargent, at the request of Officer Parsons, produced the bag of marijuana and some drug paraphernalia from the vehicle. He was subsequently arrested.

PROTECTIVE CUSTODY - 15 YEAR OLD JUVENILE

A 15 year old juvenile, of Concord, was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for a bad muffler. The 15 year old was visibly high and admitted to smoking marijuana. The operator was arrested for possession of drugs and the 15 year old was taken into protective custody and released to a guardian.

POSSESSION OF DRUGS IN A MOTOR VEHICLE - JUSTIN DOLDER

Justin Dolder, 26, of Gilford turned himself in on a warrant for possession of drugs in a motor vehicle. During a traffic stop that Officer Parsons conducted an odor of marijuana was coming from the vehicle. Consent was denied by the operator and there was enough suspicion to seize the vehicle and apply for a search warrant. The search warrant was granted and marijuana was found in the vehicle.

Kyle Charbonneau, 18, of Bennington was arrested during a traffic stop after a resident on Bridge Street reported a vehicle pulling in and out of driveways slowly. It was determined that Mr. Charbonneau had consumed alcohol and was under 21.

DISOBEYING AN OFFICER - ANTHONY SQUIERS

Anthony Squiers, 27, of North Bennington, Vermont was operating on Route 9 with a defective taillight. Officer Parsons attempted to stop the vehicle and the vehicle failed to pull over. After more than five miles of siren and emergency lights being activated, the vehicle was finally pulled over in the Town of Antrim on Route 9. Mr. Squiers was subsequently arrested.

Rodney Howse Jr, 25, of Hillsboro was handed a sumons on February 1st for driving after suspension. On 01/30/2016 Officer Normand observed Mr. Howse get into a vehicle and drive away from the Mobil Station in Hillsboro. The vehicle he was operation was located at his residence.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL - JEREMY CONSTINE

Jeremy Constine, 19, of Hillsboro was arrested during a traffic stop on School Street, after the officer noticed Mr. Constine hanging out the passenger's side window of a vehicle driving down the roadway. THe officer discovered during the stop the Mr. Constine was under 21 and intoxicated.
