A 15 year old juvenile, of Hillsboro, falsely reported cruelty of animals to Officer Bohanan. His parents were given a Juvenile Petittion and he was given a court date.

WILLFUL CONCEALMENT - BRADLEY HAUPTMAN

Bradley Hauptman, 39, of Hillsboro removed 5 Naddy Daddy beers from Mr. Mike's Mobil and did not pay for them. A warrant was issued and Mr. Hauptman was served it while incarcerated.

DEFAULT OR BREACH OF BAIL CONDITIONS, CRIMINAL TRESPASS - BRADLEY HAUPTMAN

Bradley Hauptman, 39, of Hillsboro was arrested after Officer's responded to a call of an unwanted subject at a residence. The Officers discovered that Mr. Hauptman had consumed alcohol, which was prohibited in his bail conditions from a previous arrest. He was also advised not to return to that residence after a previous arrest.

Joseph Adams, 22, of Hancock was stopped for travelling without activating his headlights during dark hours. He was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and later charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicating. He was released on PR Bail.

Bradley Hauptman, 39, of Hillsboro was taken into custody per a bench warrant from Judge Michaels. Mr. Hauptman had court and did not show up a $300 cash warrant was issued for his arrest.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL BY A MINOR - MICHAEL COLLINS

Michael Collins, 18, of Kingston was stopped for a motor vehicle violation on Rt 202. During the subsequent investigation it was determined that the operator was under suspension and also transporting alcoholic beverages. The passenger of the vehicle, Michael Collins, was arrested for Possessing Alochol Internally. Mr. Collins was transported to HPD where he was processed and bailed.

AGGRAVATED DWI - ELIZABETH LEECH

Elizabeth Leech, 25, of Marlow was being investigated in a hit and run with a parked motor vehicle. Officer Parsons and Officer Normand searched Hillsboro downtown for a blue van that was involved in this accident. Officer Normand was on her way to search Emerald Lake area when she observed a vehicle backing out of the Fox Forest parking lot on Bog Road. The vehicle was a blue van operated by Ms. Leech. She was approached and stated she did hit the vehicle. While Ms. Leech was speaking with Officer Normand, there was an open bud light in the center cup holder. She had an odor of alcohol and was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which she failed. The amount of alcohol in her system raised her charges to an aggravated DWI. She was also charged with Conduct After an Accident and Transporting an Alcoholic Beverage.

Haley Easton, 21, of Greenfield was stopped for erratic operation of a motor vehicle. Due to the operation and indicators of impairment, Ms. Easton was requested to do field sobriety tests, She denied and was subsequently arrested for DWI and Possession of Drugs in a motor vehicle.
