A 13 year old male, of Hillsboro, was found to be in possession of marijuana after officers responded to his residence. He was taken into custody and released to his mother after the process. He will be given a court date for Juvenile Court.

Holliday Major, 19, of Hillsboro was operating a vehicle that was involved in a motor vehicle accident. It was determined the Mr. Major's license was suspended. He was released on a hand summons.

Zachary Sonneborn, 21, of Huntington, New York was the operator of a vehicle involved in a motor vehicle accident on Rt 9 with a tractor trailer. During the investigation of this crash, it was determined that Mr. Sonneborn was intoxicated and he was placed under arrest.

Philip Gambale, 21, of Hillsboro was stopped for speed and a defective tail light. It was learned that his license had expired and that he just did not have time to get a new one. He was issued a must appear summons for Operating Without a Valid License.

TRANSPORTATION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BY A MINOR - MAXWELL BROADBENT

Maxwell Broadbent, 20, of Concord was stopped for a motor vehicle violation involving failure to dim his lights. During the course of the stop it was learned that there was alcohol in the vehicle. The alcohol was located and Mr. Broadbent was arrested.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL - ALEXANDER MORRIS-CARTER

Alexander Morris-Carter, 17, of Hillsboro was observed standing in the tree line behind Eaton's Furniture urinating. It was discovered that Mr. Morris-Carter was intoxicated. As a result Sgt Philibert arrested Mr. Morris-Carter for Unlawful Possession of Alcohol.

PROHIBITED SALES - DAVID MARTIN

David Martin, 21, of Hillsboro was located in a trailer behind Eaton's Furniture when officers responded to a report of a possible burglary in progress. There were two other individuals in the trailer and none of them had permission to be there. Two JV's were arrested for Unlawful Possession of Alcohol and Mr. Martin was arrested for allowing them to drink in front of him.

John Buckland, 52, of Hillsboro trespassed on September 3rd on a property that he was previously served a No Trespass order to. A warrant was done for him and he turned himself in on September 9th.

DWI- 3RD OFFENSE, POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED DRUG - JENNIFER SCHLOSSER

Jennifer Schlosser, 46, of Hillsboro was stopped for lane control and throwing a lit cigarette out the window. During conversation, she showed signs of impairment and was subsequently asked to perform field sobriety tests. She was subsequently arrested for DWI and was also charged with Possession of Controlled Drug due to the pill in her purse.

Sean Pedersen, 25, of Hillsboro was arrested during a traffic stop in front of the Hillsboro Police Station. Pedersen was transported to the Hillsboro District Court for arraignment.

Cody Dickenson, 32, of Hillsboro was observed in the parking lot of Cumberland Farms, at which time the officer checked for warrants. Mr. Dickinson had an active warrant and was arrested. He was able to post the cash for the bail on his warrant and was released with a court date.

Brett Rajaniemi, 19, of Antrim was stopped for having a suspended registration. It was learned that his license was suspended as well and he was taken into custody. He was transported to the Hillsboro Police Department were he was processed and released on bail.

Alissa Heino, 34, of Henniker was stopped for failure to use her turn signal. During the conversation, there were numerous signs of impairment observed. Ms. Heino was asked to perform field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for DWI. During the inventory of her vehicle, marijuana and an open bottle of wine were located.

Dylan Labelle, 17, of Deering was driving at a high rate of speed and "drifting" through the corners at Grimes Field. He was arrested and charged with Reckless Operation and Youth Operator's Violation because he had only had his license for about a month and had more passengers in the vehicle than he was allowed under Youth Operator Restrictions.
