POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED DRUG, VIOLATION OF PROBATION - KEAGAN GINGRAS

Keagen Gingras, 20, of Manchester was operating a vehicle that was stopped for motor vehicle violations by Officer Parsons who was working  on a funded grant for DWI. Mr. Gingras provided some of the drugs that were in his car to Officer Parsons. He was arrested and the vehicle was seized pending a search warrant. Mr. Gingras' Probation Oficer advised to hold Mr. Gingras for 72 hours. After the search warrant was issued, small baggies of suspected heroin and cocaine were located in the vehicle.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED - KEITH BETTEZ

Keith Bettez, 50, of Hillsboro was arrested for DWI. He was travelling east on Route 9 when another driver observed Mr. Bettez's vehicle all over the road. An officer was able to get behind the vehicle and observe a road violation, at which point she conducted a motorvehicle stop. Mr. Bettez was subsequently arrested for DWI.

A 15 year old juvenile of Hillsboro was found to be in possession of a vape pen at the Hillsboro-Deering High School. The juvenile was released to a parent on a hand summons.
