RECKLESS OPERATION - COREY ST PIERRE

Corey St Pierre, 24, of Hillsboro, accelerated rapidly down Depot Street, squeeling his tires. Officer Parsons was in the area assisting another officer on a motorvehicle stop. Officer Parsons caught up to the vehicle and the operator advised that he was upset. Mr. St Pierre admitted to squeeling his tires and driving at excess speeds. He was issued a must appear summons for Reckless Operation.

FALSE REPORT TO LAW ENFORCEMENT - ANGELA MORAN

Angela Moran, 43, of Sutton was observed hitting another vehicle and then leaving, according to witnesses that Henniker PD had. Ms. Moran was located at her home in Sutton. She was arrested on conduct after an accident and also false reporting to law enforcement warrant out of Hillsboro.

DISOBEYING AN OFFICER - ANDREA DALPHOND

Andrea Dalphond, 67, of Deering, was operating a vehicle that Officer McSweeney attempted to stop for driving off the roadway. The vehicle also had no plates on it. The vehicle took off and was pursued into Antrim, where Antrim Police took over the pursuit. The vehicle subsequently stopped in Bennington, where the passenger got out and ran. The operator was taken into custody.

Leo McLaughlin, 22, of Hillsboro, passed two cruisers with lights on that were on a car stop on Route 9 doing 55 MPH. Mr. McLaughlin did not slow down or give a wide berth. He was stopped and issued a Must Appear summons.

Richard Smolag, 32, of Antrim, was a passenger in a vehicle that was reported to have a possible intoxicated operator and been involved in a possible altercation in Antrim. Sergeant Hodgen attempted to detain Mr. Smolag, who was acting aggressive and ontoxicated. Mr. Smolag resisted detention and was charged with an offense as a result.

Tawni Chamberlain, 23, of Antrim, was the operator of a vehicle that was reported to have an intoxicated driver and had been involved in a possible altercation in Antrim. Sergeant Hodgen determined that Ms. Chamberlain was intoxicated and arrested her for DWI.

PROTECTIVE CUSTODY - LEONARD TEMPLE

Leonard Temple, 39, of Deering, was at the Willow Rock Apartments knocking on doors and attempting to open them. He was intoxicated and couldn't remember where a friend lived. Officer Normand tried the correct address and the resident did not open their door. Officer Normand then gave him a courtesy ride back to his residence in Deering.

DWI - RICHARD QUINN II

Richard Quinn II, 30, of Henniker passed out in the front seat of a vehicle that Officer Parsons observed in the drive-thru at McDonalds. Officer Parsons was unable to stop so Officers Normand and McSweeney responded. Upon arrival, the officers were able to wake the operator up by knocking on the window with a flashlight. When speaking with Mr. Quinn, the odor of alcohol was coming from his vehicle. After field sobriety tests, Mr. Quinn was arrested.
