Jacob Babowski, 26, of Deering was involved in a Domestic Disturbance. At the request of State Police, Hillsboro Officers responded to Deering for the disturbance. After an investigation by State Police and Hillsboro Officers, Mr. Bakowski was arrested.

AGGRAVATED DWI - ELIZABETH LEECH

Elizabeth Leech, 25, of Marlow was being investigated in a hit and run with a parked motor vehicle. Officer Parsons and Officer Normand searched Hillsboro downtown for a blue van that was involved in this accident. Officer Normand was on her way to search Emerald Lake area when she observed a vehicle backing out of the Fox Forest parking lot on Bog Road. The vehicle was a blue van operated by Ms. Leech. She was approached and stated she did hit the vehicle. While Ms. Leech was speaking with Officer Normand, there was an open bud light in the center cup holder. She had an odor of alcohol and was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which she failed. The amount of alcohol in her system raised her charges to an aggravated DWI. She was also charged with Conduct After an Accident and Transporting an Alcoholic Beverage.

Haley Easton, 21, of Greenfield was stopped for erratic operation of a motor vehicle. Due to the operation and indicators of impairment, Ms. Easton was requested to do field sobriety tests, She denied and was subsequently arrested for DWI and Possession of Drugs in a motor vehicle.

Zadie Patnoe, 22, of Bennington was a passenger in a car that was stopped for erratic operation. Due to the operation and indicators of impairment, the driver was arrested for DWI and Possession of Drugs in a Motor Vehicle. Ms. Patnoe was also in possession of a Controlled Drug and was arrested as well.

Andrew Koutroubas, 20, of Antrim was stopped for speeding on Rt. 9. After some conversation and indicators of impairment, Mr. Koutroubas was asked if he would be willing to perform field sobriety tests. Mr. Koutroubas agreed to the test and was subsequently arrested for DWI.

A 28 year old male, of Bedford, was removed from a Hillsboro residence after there was a disagreement and he refused to leave on his own. He was severely intoxicated and was transported to the Hillsboro Police Department where a relative picked him up.

AGGRAVATED DWI, ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A CHILD - ANGELA MCGRANAGHAN

Angela McGranaghan, 29, of Antrim was arrested for driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of a child. Ms. McGranaghan was stopped on Rt 202 for a motor vehicle infraction. After field testing Ms. McGranaghan, she was arrested for DWI. She was traveling with a young child in the car, which caused endangering the welfare of a child to be added to her charges. Ms. McGranaghan and the child were transported to HPD where she was processed and bailed, and then both were picked up by a sober driver.

BREACH OF BAIL/POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED NARCOTIC - MATTHEW BRUNT

Matthew Brunt, 35, of Hillsboro was arrested on a warrant for breach of bail. He was arrested a few hours prior for a domestic dispute. He was given bail conditions to not have contact with the other party. He had text messaged that subject. When he was placed under arrest and searched, there was 1 1/2 white pills in his pocket. The pills were in a white bag and not prescribed to him.

BREACH OF BAIL, POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED NARCOTICS - MATTHEW BRUNT

Matthew Brunt, 35, of Hillsboro was arrested on a warrant for Breach of Bail. On November 9th he was arrested for an offense at which time he was given bail conditions to not have contact with a specific person. At 4:54 P.M. he sent a message to that person, knowing he was not supposed to do so. When placed under arrested, he was searched per protocol, at which time a controlled narcotic, Suboxone, was found in his pocket. When asked if he had a prescription for the drug he stated that he did not. The controlled drug was seized.

Robert Klemick, 46, of Hillsboro got into a domestic dispute with Dawn Cookson, 44, of Hillsboro. During this dispute they had wrestled with each other. Ms. Cookson bit Mr. Klemick, and Mr. Klemick grabbed Ms. Cookson, leaving a bruise. Both were arrested for Simple Assault- Mutual Combat.

Courtney Estes, 20, of Hillsboro was stopped for speed on Whitney Road. The speed was more that double the speed limit, the roadway was wet, and it was raining. Due to the circumstances, Ms. Estes was placed under arrest for Negligent Driving.
