DWI/RECKLESS OPERATION - MATTHEW DUBOIS

Matthew Dubois, 28, of Merrimack was in his vehicle at the stop sign on Preston Street. Officer Normand had passed Preston Street heading east on Henniker Street and heard and saw Mr. Dubois' vehicle peel out and fish tail. The vehicle was stopped between Cumberland Farms and the Mobile Station. Mr. Dubois was arrested for DWI and reckless operation.

SUSPENDED REGISTRATION - DOMINIC TORRO

Dominic Torro, 23, of Hillsboro, was arrested after officers responded to a report of a minor two car motor vehicle accident in the parking lot of McDonalds. It was discovered that one of the operators registrations were suspended for his vehicle at the time of the accident. He was subsequently arrested on said charge.

Jeremy Roy, 30, of Bennington, Vt, was arrested after he failed to stop for an officer and lead the officer on a pursuit on Route 202/9 in Henniker before finally being apprehended in Hopkinton.

Megan Lafleur, 26, of Hillsboro was arrested after officers responded to a call of an unwanted subject at a residence. Ms. Lefleur was located in a bedroom at the residence. It was learned that the defendant had already been issued a veral order to stay away from the residence by Hillsboro Police therefore she was arrested for criminal trespass.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED DRUGS AND ALCOHOL - ALEXANDER MORRIS-CARTER

Alexander Morris-Carter, 19, of Hillsboro was the passenger in a side by side  UTV that was observed operating on the wrong side of the road at a high rate of speed and was stopped by an officer. Mr. Carter was allegedly found to be intoxicated and was found to have a marijuana pipe and alcohol on his person. He was arrested for said offenses and was released on PR Bail.

Jerry Paquette, 60, of Hillsboro was arrested at his residence where he had thrown dish and glassware at the sink area in the kitchen. He had thrown a glass hitting and breaking the kitchen window. The residence belongs to his girlfriend. He was placed under arrest for Criminal Mischief Domestic Violence related.

DWI, OP AFTER SUSPENSION, POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE - BRETT KUMMER

Brett Kummer, 28, of Danville, Connecticut was taken into custody after Officer Parsons observed a car pulled over on Henniker Street. Officer Parsons  checked on the occupants and found that the two people in the vehicle were unconscious with very shallow breathing. An ambulance was called while Officer Parsons attempted to wake them. The subjects became alert. THe operator, Mr. Kummer, was sunsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated on drugs and operating on a suspended license. Officer Parsons seized the vehicle for a search warrant. After the vehicle was searched Mr. Kummer was arrested on Possession with Intent to Distribute Heroin charges after a large quantity of heroin and cash were located in the vehicle.
