Stephen Thompson, 18, of Henniker was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for having a headlight out. It was learned that Mr. Thompson had a bench warrant for Unlawful Possession of Alcohol. He was taken into custody and processed.

PROTECTIVE CUSTODY - LEONARD TEMPLE

Leonard Temple, 39, of Deering, was at the Willow Rock Apartments knocking on doors and attempting to open them. He was intoxicated and couldn't remember where a friend lived. Officer Normand tried the correct address and the resident did not open their door. Officer Normand then gave him a courtesy ride back to his residence in Deering.

Stephanie French, 33, of Hillsboro, turned herself in on a warrant for issuing bad checks. She had written a bad check back in December to the Town Office for registration when her bank account had insufficient funds.

Michael Mailhot, 32, of Hillsboro, was located at a residence in Hillsboro and had a cash Electronic Bench Warrant. He was arrested and was unable to come up with the money, so he was transported to the Hillsborough House of Corrections.

DWI - RICHARD QUINN II

Richard Quinn II, 30, of Henniker passed out in the front seat of a vehicle that Officer Parsons observed in the drive-thru at McDonalds. Officer Parsons was unable to stop so Officers Normand and McSweeney responded. Upon arrival, the officers were able to wake the operator up by knocking on the window with a flashlight. When speaking with Mr. Quinn, the odor of alcohol was coming from his vehicle. After field sobriety tests, Mr. Quinn was arrested.

Mark Rettig, 29, of Dunbarton, was charged with DWI after it was reported that he was refused service at a bar on Depot Street. Retig then went across the street and stole alcohol at teh gar station, where he was taken into custody.

Luke Levesque, Jr, 25, of Hillsboro was operating a vehicle that was stopped after an officer observed the plate light out. While speaking with the operator an odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected. Sobriety tests were administered and the operator was subsequently arrested for DWI.
