DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED - ELIZABETH GAGNE

Elizabeth Gagne, 69, of Hillsboro was stopped for yellow line violations. During the stop, it was learned that Ms. Gagne had been drinking. Field sobriety tests were performed and Ms. Gagne was subsequently arrested for DWI. She was transported to the Hillsboro Police Department where she accepted the breath test and was over the limit. She was processed and released on PR Bail.

A 17 year old juvenile of Weare was taken into Protective Custody after officers responded to a report of a noise complaint on Hillside Drive. When speaking to the resident and two female juveniles Sgt Reopel was able to notice the smell of marijuana on all three. In further investigating the situation, this female subject was placed in protective custody and released to a parent.

POSSESSION OF DRUGS IN A MOTOR VEHICLE - PETER CARABELAS

Peter Carabelas, 46, of Lee was pulled over because he had a headlight out. A strong odor of marijuana was emanating from the car and Calaberas consented to a vehicle search. Marijuana was discovered in the console of his vehicle and he was subsequently arrested for possession of drugs.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED, POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED DRUG, OPEN CONTAINER - CAMERON BURCHELL

Cameron Burchell, 36, of East Waterboro, Maine was involved in a motor vehicle collision on Bear Hill Road. Upon investigation, Officers determined that he was impaired by alcohol and/or controlled drug. Marijuana was recovered from the vehicle as well as two open containers of alcohol.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED - JACOB HOOPER

Jacob Hooper, 19, of Boscawen was stopped on Route 9 for defective equipment. An odor of an alcoholic beverage was coming from the vehicle and Mr. Hooper was asked if he would step out of the vehicle. Mr. Hooper was asked to perform field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for DWI. At the Police Department he refused to take a test. He was processed and released on bail.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL - ALEXANDRIA BOISVERT

Alexandra Boisvert, 18, of Bow was a passenger in a motor vehicle that the operator was arrested for DWI. There was an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her as well. She submitted to field sobriety tests and a preliminary breath test which showed more than 6 times the legal limit for her age. She was arrested and taken to the Police Department where she was processed and released on PR Bail.

Paige Davis, 25, of Francestown was stopped during a Field Sobriety Checkpoint and was found to be impaired due to alcohol consumption. He was arrested for Aggravated DWI. Subject has a court date of October 18th at the 6th Circuit Court.
