Drew Gaberseck, 21, of Hillsboro was taken into custody for his safety due to a high level of intoxication.

Hector Garcia, 25, of Antrim, was walking on West Main Street when an officer noticed him and checked him for warrants through dispatch. He had a warrant from Concord PD for simple assault. He was arrested and turned over to Concord PD.

Jacob Morse, 20, of Hillsboro was arrested after officers responded to a noise complaint. Jacob was found to be in possession of alcohol, however, he is not of legal age to do so.

Bonnie Poland, 36, of Hillsboro was a passenger in a car that was stopped. She left the area of the stop on foot in an intoxicated state; she was found walking on Woodlawn Avenue. When contacted by Sgt Hodgen, the defendent was found to be highly intoxicated and uncooperative and refused orders to stop walking away. When taken into protectice custody, she physically resisted and struggled with the officer prior to and after being handcuffed.

Bradley Hauptman, 38, of Antrim was arrested after Hauptman almost struck a Hillsboro cruiser head-on while travelling on West Main St.

Kristin Corbett, 36, of Washington resisted detention during a traffic stop investigation on School Street. Corbett was arrested on December 1st for a warrant stemming from that incident.

Leah Rheault, 18, of Deering was arrested after officers observed a person go into Cumberland Farms and come back out with beer. The beer was then placed in the trunk of a vehicle that had an underage operator. THe vehicle was stopped and the operator was subsequently arrested.

A 16 year old, female, of Concord was reported as a runaway. SHe was located at her boyfriend's house and returned to her mother.

Roger Garland, Jr, 46, of Center Conway was served a summons for operating without a valid license to drive. His license had expired on October 4th.
