A 42 year old female, of Hillsboro was taken into protective custody after officers detected signs of impairment during a civil standby. Moran expected to drive away in her vehicle after the civil standby. She was taken into custody to prevent her from driving while intoxicated.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED - ADAM NOGA

Adam Noga, 35, of Hillsboro was stopped after officers received a motorvehicle complaint. The officer located the vehicle and stopped it for no turn signal, and the passenger having their door open while the vehicle was moving. The operator was asked to perform field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for DWI, Reckless Operation, and Operating without a valid license.

Joshua Hart, 23, of Antrim was involved in a motorvehicle accident on January 14th, 2013 on West Main Street near Route 9 in Hillsboro. It was determined that he was at fault and was issued two summons to appear in court for operating without a valid license and negligent driving.

VIOLATION OF A PROTECTION ORDER - JAMES LOBER

James Lober, 43, of Westminster, Vt was pulled over on Rt 9/202 for speed. While running his license it showed he had a protective order against him from his son. The order was faxed over and the conditions read that he was to have no alone contact with his children without an approved adult supervisor agreed to by both himself and his wife, who was also in the vehicle. James was subsequently arrested.

John Antoniak, 27, of East Hartford, Ct, was pulled over for speeding on Rt 9/Rt 202. His NH financial responsibility status (fine due) was suspended in 2005 and had not been paid. He was given a must appear summonsand the owner of the vehicle, who was in the passenger seat, switched seats with Mr. Antoniak.

ARREST ON WARRANT - ERIC COUTURIER

Eric Couturier, 20, of Francestown, was stopped operating a vehicle that had an expired registration. He was released from the stop with a summons. A delayed warrant came up in the system. He was stopped again and arrested on the warrant. He was transferred to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Department due to the warrant being no bail. He was held at the House of Corrections in Manchester.

Robert Davidson, 29, of Hillsboro was arrested after he came to the Hillsboro Police Department to confront a male subject. That subject had a stalking petition against Davidson. It was reported that the stalking petition required Davidson to remain 100 yards away from the plaintiff. The case was investigated and Davidson was arrested for violating the stalking order.
