CRIMINAL THREATENING - ISREAL LUCE

Isreal Luce, 31, of Hillsboro, threatened a neighbor through voicemail. At the time he was leaving the voicemail he was sitting on a tailgate of a truck visible to the victim and was holding a hay hook. A warrant was done for his arrest and he turned himself in.

Christopher Hanlon, 25, of Norwich, New York, was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped. Two hours prior Mr. Hanlon was observed operating a vehicle. It was determined that Mr. Hanlon's license was suspended. He was issued a must appear summons for Operating After Suspension.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED (2ND OFFENSE), OPEN CONTAINER - STEVEN DELAURIER

Steven Delaurier, 48, of Manchester, was stopped for having no taillights at all. Mr. Delaurier continued to drive and pulled into the parking lot of Irving after Officer Parsons had his emergency lights and siren activated for some time. Mr. Delaurier subsequently failed field sobriety tests and was arrested for DWI 2nd Offense. During the inventory of the vehicle there were multiple open containers in the vehicle.

SIMPLE ASSAULT ON A POLICE OFFICER - GARY LACHANCE

Gary Lachance, 21, of Deering, was arrested on Church Street after officers responded to a disorderly conduct call of an intoxicated male. Mr. Lachance resisted arrest and was taken into custody with the assistance of K-9 Fanto. Mr. Lachance was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, Possession of a Controlled Drug, and Simple Assault on a Police Officer.

Nathan Lamorey, 22, of Franklin, was stopped for speeding. Mr. Lamorey admitted to a quantity of marijuana being in the vehicle and was arrested for transporting said drugs in his vehicle.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF PROPELLED VEHICLE (JOYRIDING) - TRACY DELILLO

Tracy DeLillo, 51, of Hillsboro took a vehicle, without the permission of the owner, out of state. The vehicle was then returned to the residence the following night. Officer Normand had passed the vehicle on Cooledge Road and met the vehicle back at the residence where it belonged. Mr. DeLillo was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle.

Shane Nestor, 20, of Salem, was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for speed. After Officer Parsons smelled an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle, Mr. Nestor advised that it was him and gave Officer Parsons the marijuana. He was arrested and released on bail with a court date.

Benjamin Lewis, 27, of Windsor was arrested for DWI after a caller reported that Lewis had lane control issues and drove into the other lane of travel. Lewis was arrested in the parking lot of the liquor store.

A 14 year old female, of Deering was in the Hillsboro Police Station Lobby with her father regarding a matter. During that time the juvenile struck her father in the face in front of Sergeant Philibert. She then resisted arrest or detention by pushing and pulling away from Sergeant Philibert while he tried to detain her.

RECKLESS OPERATION - COREY ST PIERRE

Corey St Pierre, 24, of Hillsboro, accelerated rapidly down Depot Street, squeeling his tires. Officer Parsons was in the area assisting another officer on a motorvehicle stop. Officer Parsons caught up to the vehicle and the operator advised that he was upset. Mr. St Pierre admitted to squeeling his tires and driving at excess speeds. He was issued a must appear summons for Reckless Operation.

DISOBEYING AN OFFICER - ANDREA DALPHOND

Andrea Dalphond, 67, of Deering, was operating a vehicle that Officer McSweeney attempted to stop for driving off the roadway. The vehicle also had no plates on it. The vehicle took off and was pursued into Antrim, where Antrim Police took over the pursuit. The vehicle subsequently stopped in Bennington, where the passenger got out and ran. The operator was taken into custody.

Leo McLaughlin, 22, of Hillsboro, passed two cruisers with lights on that were on a car stop on Route 9 doing 55 MPH. Mr. McLaughlin did not slow down or give a wide berth. He was stopped and issued a Must Appear summons.

Richard Smolag, 32, of Antrim, was a passenger in a vehicle that was reported to have a possible intoxicated operator and been involved in a possible altercation in Antrim. Sergeant Hodgen attempted to detain Mr. Smolag, who was acting aggressive and ontoxicated. Mr. Smolag resisted detention and was charged with an offense as a result.

Tawni Chamberlain, 23, of Antrim, was the operator of a vehicle that was reported to have an intoxicated driver and had been involved in a possible altercation in Antrim. Sergeant Hodgen determined that Ms. Chamberlain was intoxicated and arrested her for DWI.
