A 16 year old male was taken into custody after officers responded to a call of a possible burglary in progress and located two juveniles and an adult drinking alcohol.

PROHIBITED SALES - DAVID MARTIN

David Martin, 21, of Hillsboro was located in a trailer behind Eaton's Furniture when officers responded to a report of a possible burglary in progress. There were two other individuals in the trailer and none of them had permission to be there. Two JV's were arrested for Unlawful Possession of Alcohol and Mr. Martin was arrested for allowing them to drink in front of him.

John Buckland, 52, of Hillsboro trespassed on September 3rd on a property that he was previously served a No Trespass order to. A warrant was done for him and he turned himself in on September 9th.

DWI- 3RD OFFENSE, POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED DRUG - JENNIFER SCHLOSSER

Jennifer Schlosser, 46, of Hillsboro was stopped for lane control and throwing a lit cigarette out the window. During conversation, she showed signs of impairment and was subsequently asked to perform field sobriety tests. She was subsequently arrested for DWI and was also charged with Possession of Controlled Drug due to the pill in her purse.

BENCH WARRANT - CODY DICKENSON

Cody Dickenson, 32, of Hillsboro was observed in the parking lot of Cumberland Farms, at which time the officer checked for warrants. Mr. Dickinson had an active warrant and was arrested. He was able to post the cash for the bail on his warrant and was released with a court date.

Brett Rajaniemi, 19, of Antrim was stopped for having a suspended registration. It was learned that his license was suspended as well and he was taken into custody. He was transported to the Hillsboro Police Department were he was processed and released on bail.

Robert Davidson, 30, of Hillsboro was arrested on a warrant from an incident in May, after it was determined that musical equipment was recklessly damaged that belonged to another.

A 16 year old juvenile, of Washington, was stopped for a defective headlight. He was subsequently arrested for possession of drugs in a motor vehicle after a consent search.

Alissa Heino, 34, of Henniker was stopped for failure to use her turn signal. During the conversation, there were numerous signs of impairment observed. Ms. Heino was asked to perform field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for DWI. During the inventory of her vehicle, marijuana and an open bottle of wine were located.

RECKLESS OPERATION, YOUTH OPERATOR'S VIOLATION - DYLAN LABELLE

Dylan Labelle, 17, of Deering was driving at a high rate of speed and "drifting" through the corners at Grimes Field. He was arrested and charged with Reckless Operation and Youth Operator's Violation because he had only had his license for about a month and had more passengers in the vehicle than he was allowed under Youth Operator Restrictions.

John Mecheski, 19, of Windsor was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for having a defective taillight. The operator was arrested for DWI. Mr. Mecheski was field tested to see if he could operate the motor vehicle. He was subsequently arrested for Unlawful Possession of Alcohol.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED - MARILYN PIAZZA

Marilyn Piazza, 73, of Sudbury, Massachusetts was the operator of a vehicle that had a complaint called in on it. She was located operating the vehicle on West Main Street. She was stopped and based off several indicators of impairment, was asked to perform field sobriety tests. Ms. Piazza was subsequently arrested for DWI. While doing the inventory of her car in preparation of towing it, multiple open containers of alcohol were located in the vehicle. After being bailed out, she was transported to Valley Street to sober up.

RECKLESS CONDUCT - PATRICIA DONOVAN

Patricia Donovan, 50, of Greenfield was arrested by Officer Quigley, Greenfield PD, on a warrant for reckless conduct. On July 14, 2014 Ms. Donovan left the Court House in Hillsboro and drove recklessly after another vehicle. Officer Giffin of Antrim PD witnessed this act of driving and wrote a report on the incident. The victim was spoken to and wanted charges pressed.

Katherine Halsted, 25, of Sunapee, was arrested by Sunapee PD on a warrant for Unsworn Falsification. She had written a false statement on an ATF form on July 14th.

RECKLESS OPERATION, DRUGS IN A MOTOR VEHICLE - COREY ST PIERRE

Corey St Pierre, 24, of Hillsboro was seen traveling at a high rate of speed around Grimes Field while children were playing in the area. He was stopped and arrested by Officer Parsons, who had witnessed the bahavior. During the arrest, Mr. St Pierre was found to have marijuana on him. He was processed and released on bail.

DISOBEYING A POLICE OFFICER - NIKOLAS CARR

Nikolas Carr, 19, of Hopkinton was arrested on a warrant for charges stemming from a pursuit that was cancelled due to a high rate of speed that occurred on August 15th at 11:09 P.M. He was later caught by State Police in Hopkinton after he crashed his motor vehicle into a building.

A 14 year old female from Peterborough came into the Police Station looking for a ride home. She stated that she was listed as a runaway out of Peterborough. Peterborough PD took custody of the juvenile.
