Brenden Lawler, 21, of Deering was placed under arrest for an electronic bench warrant out of Peterborough District Court. Subsequent to arrest, controlled narcotics and prescription drugs were found on his person. He was given a court date for Hillsboro on those charges.

A 13 year old juvenile of Hillsboro made threats towards the school while on the school bus. When another student spoke up, the juvenile threatened the other student. Juvenile was petitioned to court.

WARRANT - RICHARD MCCABE

Richard McCabe, 42, of Acton, Ma was recognized by Officer Parsons when he was operating a vehicle. Officer Parsons verified that Mr. McCabe was suspended and then stopped the vehicle. Mr. McCabe also had a warrant for his arrest out of the Deering Police Department for Possession of Controlled Drug. During the inventory of the vehicle, Officer Parsons located ammunition which was in violation of previous bail conditions. Mr. McCabe was transported to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections in Manchester to await a hearing.

Eric Dwinell, 24, of Bennington was observed almost striking the sidewalk and gas pumps with his vehicle at Cumberland Farms. Officer Parsons made contact with the male operator while he was inside the store. He refused to do any field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.

Gaston Green, 23, of Hillsboro had a warrant for his arrest for Theft and Criminal Threatening. Mr. Green was seen as a passenger in a vehicle. The vehicle was stopped and he was subsequently arrested. After he was taken into custody, drugs were located in his pocket and he was charged with Possession of Controlled Drugs.

Colby Joyner, 19, of Hillsboro was stopped for equipment violations. During the stop an odor of marijuana was detected, by both the officer and the Police K9, which lead to a quantity of Marijuana being found. Mr. Joyner was arrested for Possession of Drugs.

Dylan Stahley, 19, of Hillsboro was in a vehicle that was acting suspiciously and pulled into a private driveway that it did not belong at. An amount of alcohol was found in the vehicle and Mr. Stahley was found to be intoxicated by alcohol while under the age of 21.

Timothy Misiaszek, 24, of Windsor was arrested after he failed to pull over for a traffic stop on Route 31 that ended on Danforth Corners Road. He was charged with Disobeying an Officer, Driving After Revocation, Reckless Operation, and Reckless Conduct x4.
