UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL - ALESEA STAMERS

Alesea Stamers, 19, of Hillsboro was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for a violation. During the investigation it was learned that she had alcohol in her possession, on the floor of the vehicle by her feet. She was subsequently arrested for Unlawful Possession of Alcohol by a minor.

POSSESSION OF DRUGS IN MOTOR VEHICLE - RONALD GORDON

Ronald Gordon, 59, of Deering was stopped for speeding, at which point he consented to a search of his vehicle. Some marijuana was located and Mr. Gordon was arrested. He was released on PR bail with a court date.

DRIVING AFTER SUSPENSION - TAVORE EVANS

Tavore Evans, 34, of Lawrence, Massachusetts was operating a vehicle in Hillsboro and was observed by Antrim Officer Giffin who was aware that Mr. Evans license was under suspension. Officer Giffin contacted Hillsboro Police to advise them. Hillsboro Police asked Officer Giffin to stop the vehicle and await Hillsboro PD. Captain Donovan arrived shortly after and confirmed the suspended license and subsequently arrested Mr. Evans.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND OFFENSE, HABITUAL OFFENDER 2ND OFFENSE, POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED DRUG - RACHEL ODELL

Rachel Odell, 28, of Antrim was arrested during a traffic stop for Driving While Intoxicated. The Officer learned that she was a Habitual Offender and she possessed a controlled drug. She was evaluated by Officer Parsons, a Drug Recognition Expert, prior to being released.

DISOBEYING AN OFFICER, RECKLESS CONDUCT - MICHAEL VON KAHLE

Michael Von Kahle, 33, of Henniker had been told he had a warrant by Probation/Parole. He fled upstairs in his residence and was not located. After Hillsboro Officers cleared, Von Kahle made it back to his vehicle, at which time he fled from the Police. He started a pursuit in Henniker from his residence, lead into Hillsboro, back into Henniker, and ended in Hopkinton going the wrong way onto 89. He was charged with Disobeying an Officer and Reckless Conduct by Hillsboro and had numberous other charges by Henniker PD.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL - KATIA MAGALNICK

Katia Magalnick, 18, of Concord was reported to be highly intoxicate and missing from the Emerald Lake area. She was found after an extensive search. Ms. Magalnick was transported to Concord Hospital to be evaluated and was released on a hand summons.

Nathan Akers, 27, of Hillsboro was arrested following a domestic dispute. There was an argument that led to a physical altercation at Mr. Akers place of residence. He had taken the phone away from the other party when they stated they wanted to call the Police. He was the primary aggressor in the situation and was charged with Simple Assault.

DRUGS IN MOTOR VEHICLE - SPENCER BLANCHARD

Spencer Blanchard, 18, of Keene was stopped for speeding on Rt 9. Mr. Blanchard showed some clues that he may have smoked marijuana recently and admitted to it. Mr. Blanchard did not show impairment on Field Sobriety Tests, but gave the Officer the marijuana that was in his car. He was arrested and bailed on drug charges.
