DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED - JOHN KERGIL

John Kergil, 65, of Hillsboro was stopped for having lane control issues after Officer Normand observed her swerving over the white fog line and the yellow double line, and then not using a turn signal when taking a left onto 2nd NH Turnpike. While speaking with the operator, an odor of alcohol was detected. He was subsequently arrested for DWI.

James Hock, 45, of Hillsboro saw the HIllsboro Police Cruiser coming towards him so he tried to back his vehcile down the road and turn around before the Officer made it to his location. Mr. Hock was seen by Officer Parsons and was pulled over due to his suspended license.

Kenneth Burgess, 50, of Hillsboro turned himself in on a warrant for disorderly conduct. During a domestic disturbance call Burgess got into a police cruiser and spoke on the radio and did not get out of the vehicle right away when asked.

POSSESSION OF DRUGS IN A MOTOR VEHICLE - MICHAEL CURRIER

Michael Currier, 20, of Francestown was stopped for having a defective brakelight. He was not being truthful about where he was coming from. Based on his deceptive behavior as well as some prior knowledge, he was asked about the marijuana in the car, and Mr. Currier gave Officer Parsons the marijuana he had. He was subsequently placed under arrest.

A 17 year old juvenile of Hillsboro was making serious threats against himself and others. He was walking in the roadway barefoot and wearing only a t-shirt and light-weight pants, while the windchill was in the teens, creating a danger to himself.

Daryl Haas, 20, of Leominster, Ma was the passenger in a vehicle that had been stopped on Route 9. After finding marijuana during a consent search of the vehicle, Mr. Haas was arrested for Possession of Drugs, Unlawful Possession of Alcohol, and a Bench Warrant.

DWI/SUSPENDED REGISTRATION AND LICENSE- CODY MITCHELL

Cody Mitchell, 21, of Henniker was driving a vehicle that passed Officer McSweeney and Officer Normand on School Street. The officers ran the registration and it came back suspended, as well as the owner having a suspended license. Officer McSweeney pulled the vehicle over that had come to a complete stop in the driveway of 70 Church Street. The operator was placed under arrest and the odor of alcohol was coming from him. Once back at the station Mitchell was asked to perform field sobriety tests and a breath test, which he submitted to. He failed those tests and was subsequently charged with DWI.
