UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL - THEODORE MAGRYTA

Theodore Magryta, 20, of Deering was at the Circle K, and intoxicated, when officers responded to a report of a fight there. Due to being under the age of 21, Mr. Magryta was taken into custody.
