ENDANGERING WELFARE OF A CHILD/DISORDERLY CONDUCT - AUSTIN BROWNLEE

Austin Brownlee, 40, of Deering was apassenger in a vehicle stopped by Officer McAllister and Officer Brown for an action likely to provoke a violent reaction from another.  Mr. Brownlee was yelling and displaying the middle finger in anger to another vehicle from the passenger front seat of the vehicle he was in, which was being operated by his 16 year old daughter. The vehicle was stopped in the parking lot of the Circle K. Officer McAllister had a discussion with Mr. Brownlee and determined that he was intoxicated, and was the only licensed person in the vehicle. The 16 year old driver, who was not charged, was learning to drive. Due to Mr. Brownlee's actions, he was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and endangering the welfare of a child.
