DWI - RODNEY HOWSE

Rodney Howse, 21, of Hillsboro was called in as a motorvehicle complaint. While speaking to Mr. Howse after he got out of the driver's seat at Cumberland Farms, it was determined that he was under the influence. He was asked to perform field sobriety tests and he refused those. Based on the totality of the circumstances, Mr. Howse was arrested for DWI.
