SIMPLE ASSAULT - TONYEA WATERS

Tonyea Waters, 43, of Hillsboro, and an ex-boyfriend were involved in a Domestic Disturbance. During this disturbance, Ms. Waters spit on her ex-boyfriend. Ms. Waters was arrested for Simple Assault.
