DWI - DAVID MAINE
Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 12:51AM David Maine, 42, of Hillsboro was stopped for a speeding violation on West Main Street. During the motorvehicle stop, Officer Parsons developed suspicions that Mr. Maine was impaired. Mr. Maine was asked to perform field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for DWI. He was transported to the Hillsboro Police Department where he refused a breath test. He was processed and released from the PD with a court date in March.
