Nicole Sprague, 36, of Hillsboro was stopped for erratic operation and lane control. During the traffic stop Ms. Sprague was found to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Ms. Sprague was arrested and later released on PR Bail with a court date.

Tyler Huckins, 18, of Hillsboro, was placed under arrest at the 6th Circuit Court in Hillsboro for two electronic bench warrants, He was released later on the same date after seeing a judge.

DWI/RECKLESS OPERATION - MATTHEW DUBOIS

Matthew Dubois, 28, of Merrimack was in his vehicle at the stop sign on Preston Street. Officer Normand had passed Preston Street heading east on Henniker Street and heard and saw Mr. Dubois' vehicle peel out and fish tail. The vehicle was stopped between Cumberland Farms and the Mobile Station. Mr. Dubois was arrested for DWI and reckless operation.

Dominic Torro, 23, of Hillsboro, was arrested after officers responded to a report of a minor two car motor vehicle accident in the parking lot of McDonalds. It was discovered that one of the operators registrations were suspended for his vehicle at the time of the accident. He was subsequently arrested on said charge.

Megan Lafleur, 26, of Hillsboro was arrested after officers responded to a call of an unwanted subject at a residence. Ms. Lefleur was located in a bedroom at the residence. It was learned that the defendant had already been issued a veral order to stay away from the residence by Hillsboro Police therefore she was arrested for criminal trespass.
