Tcharlens Charles, 19, of Florida was stopped for a motor vehicle violation. He was operating the vehicle on a Florida learner's permit, however, he did not have anyone in the vehicle with a valid license. Mr. Charles was arrested for Operating Without a Valid License.

Heather Page, 23, of Hillsboro was in a vehicle located at the back of Grimes Field while Officer Parsons was working a distracted driving grant. Officer Parsons approached the vehicle to check on the people and located Ms. Page with marijuana. She was subsequently arrested for Possession of Controlled Drugs and Obstruction Government Administration.

Lawrence White, 20, of Corona, New York, was stopped for traveling 90 MPH in a 55 MPH zone. The driver gave consent to the officer to search the vehicle and alcohol was located. The driver was arrested due to being under age and he was also issued a summons for speeding.

During the inventory of her vehicle that was being towed, drugs were located and she was charged with that as well.
