DWI - RICHARD QUINN II

Richard Quinn II, 30, of Henniker passed out in the front seat of a vehicle that Officer Parsons observed in the drive-thru at McDonalds. Officer Parsons was unable to stop so Officers Normand and McSweeney responded. Upon arrival, the officers were able to wake the operator up by knocking on the window with a flashlight. When speaking with Mr. Quinn, the odor of alcohol was coming from his vehicle. After field sobriety tests, Mr. Quinn was arrested.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED - LUKE LEVESQUE

Luke Levesque, Jr, 25, of Hillsboro was operating a vehicle that was stopped after an officer observed the plate light out. While speaking with the operator an odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected. Sobriety tests were administered and the operator was subsequently arrested for DWI.

FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE - STEPHEN CATE

Stephen Cate, 50, of Manchester was a passenger in a car that was pulled over for a defective brakelight. It was found that Mr. Cate had a Fugitive from Justice warrant out of Florida for Domestic Violence and Probation charges. He was arrested and transported to Valley Street Jail to await extradition to Florida.

Leah Rheault, 18, of Deering was was operating a vehicle that Officer Parsons was initiating a stop on for a defective tail light. The passenger threw a six pack of beer out the window and the bottles broke on the ground. Ms. Rheault was arrested for Transportation of Alcohol by a Minor.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED - ELIZABETH BUCKLEY

Elizabeth Buckley, 22, of Rumney was driving to the Hillsboro POlice Department because she was the sober individual her friends called for a ride. Ms. Buckley called the PD more than 8 times asking for directions to the PD and was slurring her words. Officer Parsons stopped Ms. Buckley for doing 77 MPH in a 55 MPH zone. Ms. Buckley submitted to field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested. She had a BAC of two times the legal lime in a Preliminary Breath Test. THe PD is currently waiting for the blood results to come back.

Kailah Goulet, 19, of Tilton was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for speeding. Ms. Goulet was taken into custody because she had been drinking.
