RESISTING ARREST/POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED DRUGS - FREDERICK BOYLE

Frederick Boyle, 22, of Hillsboro was stopped and arrested for operating at a reckless speed and trying to evade a motor vehicle stop. Mr. Boyle took off on foot, and then returned to the scene. A search of his vehicle found drugs.

Michael Mailhot, 33, of Hillsboro was arraigned while in Jail on a charge of Unauthorized Use of a Propelled Vehicle. He had used a vehicle that was not his for multiple days until he abandoned it in a parking lot in Manchester. He was arrested by Manchester PD on a Bench Warrant and placed in Jail until his Court date.

Louis Lukaik, 60, of Weare, was arrested during a traffic stop on Route 9. A 911 caller reported a vehicle having lane control issues. THe responding officer observed the suspect vehicle travel into the opposite lane and conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. He was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.

Shawn Carter, 28, of Hillsboro, was issued a Must Appear Summons after a minor motor vehicle accident. The responding officer discovered that the subject's license was not valid, and he was provided a court date in July.
