DWI - RODNEY HOWSE

Rodney Howse, 21, of Hillsboro was called in as a motorvehicle complaint. While speaking to Mr. Howse after he got out of the driver's seat at Cumberland Farms, it was determined that he was under the influence. He was asked to perform field sobriety tests and he refused those. Based on the totality of the circumstances, Mr. Howse was arrested for DWI.

Thomas George, 20, of Hillsboro was stopped for defective brake lights on the vehicle he was operating. The driver consented to a search and alcohol was found in the vehicle. The underage driver was arrested and later released with a court date in Henniker District Court.

OPERATION AFTER SUSPENSION - JAY HERGENHAHN

After witnessing a verbal argument between a male and a female at Cumberland Farms Officers intervened and checked on both parties welfare. It was determined that they were fine and the Officers began to clear. In clearing, the Officers checked the license plate of the male partie's vehicle as he was pulling out of the store and found him to have a suspended license. The vehicle was pulled over just up the road and the driver was arrested for said offense.

DWI - DAVID MAINE

David Maine, 42, of Hillsboro was stopped for a speeding violation on West Main Street. During the motorvehicle stop, Officer Parsons developed suspicions that Mr. Maine was impaired. Mr. Maine was asked to perform field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for DWI. He was transported to the Hillsboro Police Department where he refused a breath test. He was processed and released from the PD with a court date in March.

OPERATING AFTER SUSPENSION - JUSTIN TAYLOR

Justin Taylor, 29, of Constantia, NY was stopped for a speeding violation on Rt 9. Mr. Taylor had a suspended license and was issued a must appear in court. His vehicle was towed from the scene and he was given a courtesy ride to McDonalds.
